Assistant Training Program – From Training to Taking Clients in Just 8 Months

At our salon, we believe in nurturing new talent with structure, support, and real growth opportunities. Our Assistant Training Program is designed to give emerging stylists the confidence and technical skills they need to thrive behind the chair.

Program Overview:

Our comprehensive 8-month program transitions new stylists from assisting to taking their own clients on the salon floor. Each stage of the program builds core competencies and creative confidence, ensuring they’re fully prepared to deliver exceptional service.

Hands-On Opportunities:
Learning happens on the floor, assistants work closely with senior stylists and participate in live model workshops, giving them valuable hands-on experience in a real salon setting. Starting pay is $16.35/hour, plus tip outs from senior stylists for services assisted.

Testing Modules:
Stylists are evaluated through structured modules, including performance on live models. This ensures accountability and consistent growth as they progress through the program.

Client-Ready in 8 Months:
By the end of the program, our assistants are fully trained, tested, and ready to begin taking their own clients—equipped with the skills, experience, and confidence to succeed.
